We performed at the Ultra Teen Choice program at Eastern High School at lunchtime, for about 40 students, at the invitation of Mr. Richard Urban. The students responded to the dances and songs, and were quite active in the game show, answering many questions knowledgeably. In addition to the students, several guests were present: Ms. Thomas from Prince George’s Community College and Ms. Marks from the Pure Style program.

Several students expressed interest in receiving the WAIT training, and in joining the Ultra Teen Choice club activities.

Event Host: Mr. Victorious

At Covenant House, we had an exciting presentation with about 25 people. Mr. Victorious Hall hosted the event, and we did our full program, including the song “Save Yourself” by Sensefield. At the end, we had a bunch of audience members come up and dance with us, so we did a spontaneous encore to allow everyone to participate. Afterwards, we took photos and hung out for a while with the kids from the center.

Mr. Victorious indicated that we will be receiving invitations to perform from several other centers around the metro area.
